Ratings and reviews

The app glitches so much that the (see a doctor) button which is crucial for booking appointments and seeing the referrals isn't working 50% of the time. I've almost missed my appointments thanks to this. Even chatting with them through the app proves useless as they just tell you to email tech support. Uninstalling and reinstalling also doesn't fix the problem.

No available in Bahrain region, app keeps updating so frequently that whenever at the doctors and you open app for insurance card it needs 15 minutes to complete various updates from playstore and then internal updates also. After that it will forget your login and need to login again! All when you need to produce an insurance card at the doctor's reception desk :( happens almost every time... Why can't it just be a simple app and keep the updates optional to make it convenient?

Can't use the app. It keeps checking for updates every time I open the app. And connection timeout after a few minutes. Tried to install it on different phones and the same thing happened.
