Very poor do not use this company. Their customer service department can't help you if u need to change a booking even if you book the expensive option. Their app doesn't allow you to cancel or change the booking. I wish I had researched them more before booking with them. I will certainly not use them again.

I had a highly frustrating experience with OK Mobility. Extending my rental via their app or website was impossible, forcing me to use their inefficient phone hotline. After waiting over an hour on hold, I managed to pay by phone but received no confirmation of my booking extension. Dealing with OK Mobility was a time-consuming ordeal that significantly detracted from my holiday enjoyment. I recommend looking elsewhere for a more reliable and efficient car rental service.

The website never works correctly and will never use the offers that they send out correctly either. I always end up paying more than the price it offers me to complete my booking. 🤨
