restoration of former accounts is not possible, it always prompt me to create an account. Now since my old device is no longer working I need to have it transferred to my new device however it's not possible.

I'm using Nothing CMF1 phone and I don't have the scan option on this device/app. I need that option to access something. I need this for my work. I appreciate your consideration and resolution in a timely manner. 🙂 fixed it

Company wide IT support is good for the app but it still has long wait times to register at time of issues. App works okay in general once setup properly. Can improvise on the user experience a bit
