I have not been able to open my app for sometime now. I have money in my Bigfoot account and can't access from the app. After reading so many comments with the same issue, I reached out to the developer of this app. Since I can log in on my personal computer, it appears to be my device or specific app session. Issue has been sent to the mobile app team. I am waiting to hear back. My email from the developer is from April 30 2026. I do have to give the tech that was helping kudos for trying.

This app really needs to be fixed! I can't get logged in for nothing! It just thinks and thinks and never lets me in. I've tried all the trouble shooting to NO avail. Please fix these bugs so we can use the app. I can log in online thru the web just fine so I know it's not my phone or anything I'm doing and clearly I'm not the only one having issues with this app. If I can ever get logged in to use the app I'll update my star score.

Basically since the new update, my Mobile app has not loaded. Have uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times. And even if I leave it alone, it doesn't recognize me and just says Hello user. This needs to be resolved as I use the app quite frequently. So now because the app won't let me in, I lost one of my free drinks that the barristas had told me in November but expiring in December. Would be great if the app would start working again.
