The worst and most unreliable app I've ever used. The app does not work 75% of the time. Trying to open the app and it will just freeze and give some random error message (so you can't get a check in code to earn points even for in-store purchases). Also, it is impossible to sign in (it will just not do anything after hitting the sign in button). Again, this is the worst and most unreliable app I've ever used as it just doesn't work at all most of the time.

The old app was great (Thanx). I ordered in-store with a card saved in the app and it was automatic. $5 for every $50. The new one is a joke. I can no longer automatically earn rewards. I can't even find a way to earn points at all unless I order through it, which I don't want to do. I want to order in-store and still earn points. Terrible app.

A little difficult at first to figure out how to get the rewards code, but easy enough after that first time, and free kolache pretty consistently! It would be awesome if Google/Apple pay could be integrated into the order ahead part. But the app is still pretty new(ish). Plenty of time for more development.
