The app is trying to be smart but ends up making things worse. I can't evendo a simple measurement for my 30-50lb luggage. It keeps thinking it's bodyweight. Clearly luggages weigh differently, but it keeps thinking it's the same person and displaces the exact same weight with different luggages. I wander if it actually measure anything but just use display the historical data. It can't even be a simple scale!

Just set up app, haven't used it yet. BUT, to enter birthday a calender pops up with date of Jan 1, 1990. You must press forward or back arrow (one month at a time) to your birth month/year. There is no way to input directly or quickly scroll - I had to press back arrow 36 times (I know, I'm old). This seems unnecessary especially when entering height is an easy scroll. Perhaps the kids who designed this are not aware that people over, let's say 30, still exist. Now let's see how well app works.

Had this app/one of their scales for years and for some reason the bluetooth is paired but the data isn't coming into the app today no matter how many times I repair the scale and step on/off. I really didn't want to download their new app (this one is officially "outdated" now) because they have useless menu tabs like "Store" in the new app but I guess there's no other option.
