Absolutely ruined my workout today. I have controls disabled and a smart zone for transparency at the gym. Every 30 seconds it kept turning YouTube on, and 6 times during the workout it turned off transparency and went to anc. I couldn't hear my personal trainer. This has been an ongoing problem, it just has never been as bad the as it was the past week! My favorite feature is the body temp tracking, and is the original purpose of purchasing! I have never actually used these as headphones.

Recently this app has been plagued with bugs. Touch controls on my Momentum TW2 will randomly begin maxing out the volume until I disable them. Half of the time when I open the app it asks to pair my headphones that already paired. Pairing is randomly dropped when I pull them out of the case. Overall it's become a mess that's making the product much worse to do. Hire some good engineers and keep them.

Full points for providing the best in sporadic behaviour. Is it the Firmware or the software? Incoming calls don't ring, sound switches off, thinks I'm in a call when taking the buds out of their case, either ear bud will go silent, all requiring a reboot by having to place the buds back in their case. How does this happen with a relatively high-end product? When they work, they're great, but unfortunately the experience overall is spoiled by all these sporadic issues.
