Ratings and reviews

App used to work great before it was on Play store, now it is garbage. Slow, not accurate when you scan to see if you won, and when you scan to see if you won, just say basic info, wish it told me how much I won at least. ND app is ok on the scan for reward points, tells what ticket you scanned, but nothing when you scan to see if you won. MN and SD Lottery apps are far better. They are smooth and tell you everything when you scan/enter ticket codes, including how much you won.

What's the point of it? Most people would use it to scan lotto tickets, yet it takes 2-4 minutes to load the page to scan 1 ticket. Then another couple minutes for each subsequent ticket. Lately, all it says it "Take ticket to Retailer". Why did I even bother scanning it with the app then if it's unsure about winning tickets??

Like others, their payment system is a joke. Just auto declines. I contacted ND Lottery to complain and they just give the generic "it's your bank" excuse. Nope, it isn't. Didn't even go through on my bank's end when I called to inquire nor give me notifications of the decline, which I am signed up for. They don't seem interested in fixing this issue. What a joke of an app and system.
