"Better. Faster. More Reliable. That's our motto for every update. And in this release, performance updates make Sideline all of those things." Stopped working. Again! Reinstalled and logged in to account. "Try again later." How's that for reliability? Upon receiving a wanted text message which contradicts mainstream narratives, Sideline filters read it and triggered an instant block on my paid account rendering it unusable. Support is dragging their feet to restore my service. Privacy? Hah!

One star. I was a customer for over 2 years. I just lost the number I built my business around due to a credit card issue on my end. This means new business cards, signage, shirts, not to mention confusion for my clients. I didn't get a call to warn me. The number wasn't reserved for me until I could make it right. Now that I'm aware of the issue I can't reach customer service until Mon. I'd find something more customer service oriented. If they somehow fix this issue I'll update to more stars.

I am fairly happy so far with Sideline. Great for my business line. The only thing I wish it had is a Global Delete for the Call Log. You have to delete each number individually. I am an Insurance Inspector and make at least 30 calls per week. It would be nice to be able to delete all the past dialed numbers at once. I have petitioned the developers for the last 2 years but they have not added the feature. Also noticing lots of echo on calls and delay in voice transmissions. Sound quality blows!
