This app could be great. Unfortunately, three days after porting in my business number, I still can't send or receive texts. I'm missing texts from potential clients, current clients and past clients. I've reached out to customer support every day. The problem isn't being solved. It's unacceptable to not be able to get the most basic service right Update: Customer service was very responsive. They communicated with me while tech support worked on the problem. After five days, everything works

Still cannot receive contact cards from iPhone (but the sender still thinks I received it), and the video quality is awful. Almost daily I send a photo that is never delivered, without any "delivery failed" notification. "file type not supported" error when sending common image file types. I like the separate contact list, tags, notes, and syncing to laptop, but I think I need a 2nd phone that just works. it's "almost good enough" but I've been waiting years and it still has too far to go.

usually works fine, but the apple version has a feature where you can turn off notifications when it is not business hours. Android version does not have this feature, and I hate that it doesn’t. getting work calls at 9, 10, 11 pm is not cute.
