Application keeps crashing. from last 2 months, I am not able to open even once. whenever I tried to open the app it crashes. Edit : November month and still the same issue, the default response from their side, email us... what do you want us to email, everyone is facing the same issue but they are not fixing it. Worst app, I am thinking of closing my account here.

I had an older version which was working fine. Unfortunately had to factory reset the phone & now the latest version nor the older version of the app is working. Just stuck at loading the screen. Given all the permissions. One of the worst apps I have ever used. I need to download statements and now I have to use net banking all the time and pass 1000 verifications 🤦‍♂️. Developers please look into this.

it's not an improvement over the old version. comparatively it's slower (unnecessarily animations), offers less info on each screen, needs more clicks to do the same work and has lesser features. I actually cannot see a single improvement that is customer facing. Example - They have a Favourites feature. The only thing it does is add a heart emoji to a payee. You cannot filter by it, it doesn't preload a transaction - nothing. It's of literally no use Can't believe the extent of regression.
