A new app didn't work properly. It became a headache for both staff and customers. But the developer's team was very responsive. They fixed issues very quickly and were opened to the feedback given. I believe, next time before launching a new app , it should be tested properly by respective specialists , not by the end users. Thank you

Decent app but it doesn't work in dark mode... It needs a white background behind the QR code otherwise it's impossible to scan at the shop!

After being updated it fails to open constantly, so I can't scan my purchased to accumulate points, which is the main point for this app. So far I find it useless and annoying when you stand next to counter keeping the queue as the app doesn't open.
