27 September 2024 The latest update to the Ooredoo app has made it unbearably slow. It feels like the application is constantly lagging, making it frustrating to use. Ooredoo, please either bring back the previous version or fix the numerous bugs in the current one. It’s baffling how this was released to production without proper testing—sometimes it feels like the developers were not paying attention at all.

Coverage is good. But to recharge prepaid, very poor service even on app and Web both side. They should improve a lot in prepaid payment, everything facing the issue.

I got 50 gb internet by spin but it's not working,i try to connect with agent by chat but not working, they also automatic active People's basic internet no matter how many times you deactivate,they stealing poor People's money.Frouds
