Ratings and reviews

Alat hasn't been a bad app in terms of the services that can be accessed. However, Alat neets to do better. Initial setup isn't very easy to do on low end phones especially unless you go to the bank Cust. Rep. Also, it takes time to resolve any complaint or acknowledge and implement any upload of documents. Finally, the fingerprint feature for login in not working can be very burdensome. Apart from this, the app is great. Transaction error rate is very low and fast, creating lite accounts too.

I understand that everyone is entitled to their opinion about their experience with this app but to be candid Alat by wema has made my banking experience smooth and easy. I don't even have to the bank to do anything. The app is awesome and the layout is exceptional. I love everything about this app. It's a ten 🌟 rating for me. I would love to see a patnership between Alat and Payoneer and also a reduction in transaction fees will go a long way in making this service much success.

I used the app for years without issue, but about 2 weeks ago I tried to transfer money from my main account to my Goal which failed. When I tried again it succeeded, but in doing so, all the money in my account was sent to the Goal. For almost 2 weeks, liquidating the Goal failed every time I tried. But the worst part was their customer care. This was a thoroughly disappointing experience.
