This app is the worst business app in Nigeria right now. I've tried to register on the app for more than a week now, it keep returning back to the start. I went to Wema bank branch to meet their staff if there's anything am getting wrong here., the staff was even confused after numerous trials 😄😄😁. If your app is no longer functioning and you can't heed to customer's complains, there's no need to still have it on playstore. Called customer service, the lady said I should keep trying. wahala😄

This is the worst experience I've had, I can't send money or buy airtime from the app. You'll have to wait forever before the other account will be credited or nothing at all, I got stranded at the market just because I couldn't make a withdrawal from my account. what a terrible bank mchewww

If it is possible I give them no star, I will have do it. They are not what they say they are with Alat for business account. since last year, I opened the account done everything needed of me. Just for them to provide soft token for transaction, their system is not functioning properly. I have complained about the several times without any solution. When their customer service representative said they will reach out to you. They will not. Let have access to my fund in the account.
