Ratings and reviews

Very very bad experience, the app is not what they promote it to be. You can't open account with it, it won't be successful until you visit a branch. I opened since 2019 have not been able to operate the account till now, because It was restricted n deactivated. Even the branches could not help solve. It's a worse app. Should be out of playstore.

Nice new app refreshed design and improved transaction sharing, but only for 2025 transactions onwards. Older transaction history still lacks recipient account details—a problem I’ve complained about for over two years. ALAT really needs to learn from fintech apps like OPay if it wants to stay competitive.

face validation keeps on failing and I am in a well lit environment, good network and my two ears are showing. it's over 6 hrs now. I'm a new customer and I don frustrated like person wey dey use opay
