Ratings and reviews

Honestly just lacking in almost every regard. Always shows the wrong ticket if you have multiple flights in one "trip". Can't view anything about your flight without "checking in", checking in/ loading anything in the app takes several minutes at best... They need to make the app smarter and more user friendly, i.e. it should show your ticket for the upcoming flight, not the first in the trip. Should be able to see more flight/ seat info without having to "sign/check im" even after doing so. Etc

What an awful app. Slow. It resets my boarding pass to one I used TWO WEEKS AGO every time I unlock the screen. Takes forever to do anything. Takes ages to download a stupid PNG boarding pass. Abysmal ux. Doesn't play movies in flight. Total garbage through and through, no redeeming qualities. Bad enough that I'll probably avoid westjet flights in the future.

This app is not useful at all, it needs a lot of work. Checking in fails with errors, even with all the proper information entered in correctly-- so I ended up doing it at the airport. Even after we checked in, the app never refreshed and it still thinks we haven't checked in yet. As a qualified front end developer and having done apps for both Android and iPhone, you guys really need to test your app before releasing it.
