Called 3 times, paid €60,- for shipping whilst shipments not being delivered due to notification functionality being broken. Don't receive locker codes 50% of the time nor redirections updates, support offers no solution. Mails about package updates work 50% off the time. highly unreliable app and postal service in general.

Mainly happy, but the notifications no longer work. I checked both the settings in the app as well as those in android for the app. I even reinstalled the app. And customer service doesn't seem to offer any help on the app. Hopefully this feedback gets read and answered.

I sent an important letter to the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs by registered mail because I needed confirmation of receipt/delivery. The app keeps telling me that the letter is still to be delivered. But since this took a long time I questioned the ministry if they had received it. They told me that they received the letter 2 days ago. However the app still gives no confirmation of delivery.
