Its getting worst with all the promo and promise. Example cashback 5% up to 15k for electricity token. After completing the transaction you did not receive it, If it already out of quota or any other reason user can't get the point. Why you still let user apply the cashback promotion? It's just a warning to all user to be careful with they cashback scheme, just choose the instant discount if avail.

It works well most of the time. Top ups with cash can be a pain. The main issue now is that it can take 24 hours before an in process transaction times out. This means the restaurant wont let you leave until the payment goes through so you have pay another way and then later the ovo payment could still go through and there's no way to get a refund. OVO Wont receive a report until the 24 hours have passed.

Unable to transaction at Hypermart & Superindo. It said "Payment is failed" while my balance is enough. No problem for transaction at Tokopedia. Too many questions when tryin to complaint thru app (difficult to reach call center or something). You should learn from tokopedia, their call center are easily to accessed.
