awful experience, I have a woo number with an account I created with email and password, each time I login I get a brief look at my account, I can see the number then it redirects to another page that says this page is unavailable, fechar, then back to the same login page. I just want to top up the account but I guess I can't so I'll abandon this number. waste of time

Terrible app, no English support, chat doesn't recognise English, no phone number to call. No emails received to set up sim card, just kept getting locked out of the app. Very poor.

Solution for others, The only way to fix the login page loop is to pernamently remove the account. This will take a couple of days to take effect. Then you start unregistered.
