The biometrics function is doesn't work because each time I set it up, it says it can't be used. If I minimize the app or my screen locks while I'm using it, when I open it again, it tells me I've lost connectivity and have to log in again. It took me nearly 45 minutes to buy a data bundle the other day because the app is slow. Uninstalling because using the USSD code works faster than the app.

Completely useless. I can't use the app without an internet connection, on top of that I recharged airtime specially to buy a data bundle, but they keep saying "something went wrong" when they're supposed to process the transaction. Highly unimpressive.

I absolutely do no like this app at all. It does not do what I ask . It keeps asking for my email address an I.D number which is extremely irrating. When all all I want to see is how much is left on my pocket router. Seriously why change the app if it was not broken. If I rate it, it. would be a big ZERO not impressed at all huge disappointment
