The biometrics function is doesn't work because each time I set it up, it says it can't be used. If I minimize the app or my screen locks while I'm using it, when I open it again, it tells me I've lost connectivity and have to log in again. It took me nearly 45 minutes to buy a data bundle the other day because the app is slow. Uninstalling because using the USSD code works faster than the app.

Nothing works. The app doesn't accept any password. Changed it 2l3 times now. Typed it and copied and pasted the password then it says it's wrong. I called twice now and their systems are down. Debit order stopped going off my account, so I paid via the website. My account was blocked. After payment. How do you guys do business? Nothing works

Completely useless. I can't use the app without an internet connection, on top of that I recharged airtime specially to buy a data bundle, but they keep saying "something went wrong" when they're supposed to process the transaction. Highly unimpressive.
