Ratings and reviews

The app works pretty well. There are times when it shows it's playing but no sound is coming out. It sometimes has to be force quit a couple of times. Lately there have been a lot more ads. Usually it's 0:30-1:00 but the last week or so there are multiple minutes of ads that you need to go through at the beginning and middle of episodes.

I've used the app for years and no problems but since May, the app doesn't refresh info from my patreon exclusive link. I've contacted pocketcasts in an email and they told me to buy their plus product. I have been just using the direct webpage instead of using this app. As a result, I've found myself just not listening to any of my podcasts... It's a shame. I will respond to the original ticket I sent some time ago... Still disappointed.

There's no way to get a previously subscribed feed to refresh after re-subscribing after a period of not subscribing. Advice is to hit refresh from the "feed issue" under gear icon, but I never get a feed issue. No way to contact support without a plus account so it's just unresolvable. Happened multiple times and have waited weeks without them fixing themselves.
