An old and bad application. If you want to identify a biometric pass such as a fingerprint or face, you must contact Al-Bilad phone, but unfortunately Al-Bilad phone has technical problems. So, you have to use passward every time & wait sms to verify your access to the application .

This app is not working on my phone can any body explain why I can't open my account in it, it's said lock account even already changed password, please work on this app for smart phone users or any cause for my employer who is iphone user it works and it actually very important for me to have this app cause I need to send money and it's very hassle to always ask anyone's help

I went to this bank to open new accounts, but the costumer service is not give good services for the costumer, is not give solve the problems. So POOR service. I'm waiting for one hour for that. But BIG ZERO. I'm not recommend this bank especially for expatriate.
