SBI can improve this application performance. It is just too slow when you launch it and each time when we try to login it requires an otp. This makes payment inflexible and too late through this app. Not only this the back to the menu feature is in the top but we should be able to back through the menu from navigation bar or from anywhere. The interface needs improving. Certain things that this app needs an improvement on. Please make sure to improve this application for better usages.

Literally the worst mobile banking app so many steps to login to the app and it doesn't work most of the times and you cannot send money to any account you want, only those which you had chosen when requesting mobile banking services. Not recommended for people who rely on online fund transfer

I have ready logged in with internet banking from website of Nepal SBI website. But when trying to login with the same user ID and password in this app it says "there is no such functionality yet". If there is no such feeture then why put that feature in app which won't work? How to do mobile banking with SBI then? Edit: after setting new password and trying to login it says: "oops your subscription expired" How to do subscription? Worst app ever, time to leave SBI bank....
