The app is getting better but still has lots of issues. The 3 biggest at the moment are, 1. Clicking the air miles receipts button usually doesn't work. You must completly close the app and reopen. Then it will usually work for a bit. 2. The vouchers section for cash rewards has been broken for over a week now. 3. When in offers, using the android back button it does take you back to the previous page, as would be intuitive. It takes you back to the previous section of the app. (ie home page)

Update, it seems to be fixed. Thank you. The app stopped showing "All offers" all of a sudden. If it click on the all offer link, it only brings up 3 or 4, not the 190 it says are there. This seemed to just start. I tried removing the app and reinstalling it, same problem. Very frustrating. Air Miles should find a new subcontractor to rewrite the app.

So this is how the app works: #1. Works fine. #2. Suddenly and randomly stops updating points balances and past transactions. #3. Shows a 'last updated 2 days ago' message, or similar. #4. I try signing out and logging back in. #5. App won't log in. #6. I have to use my physical card again until suddenly and randomly in the next week or so, it logs back in. #7. Repeat. It's a shame since it's such a good loyalty program. Also Airmiles receipts? Never once had a successful first scan.

Thank you for your review Mark. Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app? Please make sure you are using the most up to date version of your devices operating system, as well as the app. If you have changed your login to your email address and a password, you would also need to use this on our app.
