Just missed out on 4-5 airmiles as I had to once again directly go to Amazon to make a purchase and once again had to uninstall and reinstall this mostly defective app... Constantly getting 'Error' messages OR just loading and going nowhere until I close and go directly without Airmiles app... It appears from MANY reviews... And personal experiences, that this is an ongoing issue since late last year... that has yet to be rectified... Let's see how long it behaves this time...

When earning Miles on Amazon, you cannot go through the app. You must go through https://www.airmilesshops.ca/en/shops/amazon first, then we will redirect you to the Amazon website. There are requirements in order to earn Miles on Amazon such as specific categories that are eligible for Miles & more. Find the info you need on the link above.

Update July 17, 2024 The Scan Receipt cannot do 2 items same time. When resubmit for the other item, it said receipt had been used!😓 Getting so many negative comments, you should streamline the problems & fix them! I am really fed up with your SCAN A RECEIPT. Every time the items are clearly printed and dates of purchase were within the period, but all submissions were declined. App said Sorry we couldn't find a match!! You should have your App updated, or ditch it! Not impressed!
