I've used a lot of HMOs before and philcare is up there amongst the best. their app is also very convenient to use, a bit confusing at times but once u get the hang of it, almost everything is just a few taps away. one thing that would make the app really useful though is if they add the doctors' clinic schedules to either the "find doctors" section and/or the "create loa" section so that patients wouldn't have to go through hoops only to find out that the doctor doesn't have a clinic schedule

Useless app. I wasn’t able to log in to the app due to incorrect credentials since I forgot my password. I tried using the “Forgot Password” option, and after clicking the button, the app displayed a message saying the request was submitted. However, I haven’t received any email. I also, email their customer support but there are no reply on their side.

Same issue with other users, signed up using correct details, received a confirmation I have successfully signed up, however when I used my log in credentials, I kept receiving an error that my username or password is incorrect. Tried to call customer support, line always busy, no chat support whatsoever, this app is useless basically.
