App works well except for it does not allow multiple vehicles in your profile to be assigned as needed to the transponder, so as to select the one you are using it in. Instead you have to overwrite the current vehicle each time. And when you change the vehicle (to car #2) your past charges that you incurred when it was in another car (car #1), show as having been the current vehicle. App needs to allow multiple cars in profile and to remember toll history vehicle as assigned at the time.

The people on the phone were fantastic, but the app stinks. "All" I was trying to do was to order a transponder, which supposedly you can do through the app. Selected "sign up". App crashed. Every time. Eventually ordered on the phone, and created an account, which I was able to access through computer. But if you thought I could access the account through the app, you would be wrong. It simply erases my password and then has the cheek to tell me I need to enter a valid password. Every time.

Can't edit plate in app. Have to go to website to do that (which works fine). Since I have 2 cars but only drive 1 at a time, I just take the transponder with me and change the plate info. Would be nice to do this in the app so I can add money and change plate in the same place. As it is it is easier to just add a link to the webpage on my homescreen instead of use this app. Hoping for a fix soon. I always forget and then have to sign in twice.
