I have been using this app for almost 3 years and never had an issue until this most recent update. Now my app will not stay connected to the server for more than a couple minutes at a time. I have tried resetting it and deleting and re-downloading it and nothing helps. This really makes remote work difficult when this is your only option besides giving out your personal number.

I really needed this app to work for my hybrid job. Unfortunately, it keeps dropping calls, and people can't hear me on the other end. A lot of times I simply miss calls, and my workplace thinks I am missing calls on purpose. I tried the app on my parents IPad and it works MILES better. Most apps tend to be better optimized for Apple. I will be switching to an IPhone as I really need a reliable work phone app, and this has been negatively affecting my work performance.

Updating my review 6/18/24. The app still has glitches. Was unable to use it for a few days. It also logs me out in the middle of a call and I have to sign in again. This app is horrible. It updated, and I haven't been able to log in since. I've even checked in with our IT department, and they're showing everything for me is set up. I have uninstalled, restarted my phone, reinstalled and it still doesn't work. Really removes my ability to answer my "office" phone or respond to messages.
