Worst taxi app and service ever. They lie on their app about the arrival time of your taxi. I was told the car was 6 minutes away, but it got stuck at 1 minute and the car would not arrive. I ended up waiting for about 25 minutes and was very late for work. The area I live in rarely has any serious traffic issues. I checked online and there were no issues on the road. I called their customer service line and they lied about the time too. When the driver finally arrived, he was rude to me.

I have used Skyline for over 4 years. I do not drive and have used them as a comute to work and back Monday to Friday. I used to be very happy, however, in the last month or so, the app seems to have a lot of issues. I book a ride, and it takes my money, then it crashes and will not open again. I've then got no way of seeing if the ride has been confirmed or any way to cancel it. I've had multiple times 3 or 4 drivers were confirmed then cancelled for a pre booked ride.

never seems to work, it tries to load for ages and if you don't lose patience waiting it the. just says 'sorry something went wrong please try again later' but I've kept trying and it still doesn't work. reply to app developers response: I see the app is ok for me now however, I have done a pre-booking and I keep adding the second pick-up address and saving it, it says saved changes but when it shows the route it doesn't show the second pick-up?! So I've no idea if it's worked.
