I have used Skyline for over 4 years. I do not drive and have used them as a comute to work and back Monday to Friday. I used to be very happy, however, in the last month or so, the app seems to have a lot of issues. I book a ride, and it takes my money, then it crashes and will not open again. I've then got no way of seeing if the ride has been confirmed or any way to cancel it. I've had multiple times 3 or 4 drivers were confirmed then cancelled for a pre booked ride.

never seems to work, it tries to load for ages and if you don't lose patience waiting it the. just says 'sorry something went wrong please try again later' but I've kept trying and it still doesn't work. reply to app developers response: I see the app is ok for me now however, I have done a pre-booking and I keep adding the second pick-up address and saving it, it says saved changes but when it shows the route it doesn't show the second pick-up?! So I've no idea if it's worked.

I've had nothing but issues with the app recently. It takes 30+ minutes for a driver to be assigned to me and calling to book for one doesn't help even if you've cancelled it because they just say you've already booked one and you'll be put on a priority list and it still takes ages to be assigned. I've had the app randomly change my payment method to cash and not let me change it back to card a few times so I've had to double pay and then have to try and dispute it with my bank. useless app.
