Used with E24A camera, and it worked alright for simple tasks but the app needs some work. For example, when I want see the recordings in the morning, only to notice camera is facing the wall. Such a huge down point. It's better to disable motion tracking feature as of now. Also the app needs a schedule timer to tell the camera when to record non-stop and when on event detection. This'll save a lot of space on sd card. I do hope future updates will solve above problems.

The app has turned horrible over the period of time. First of all within a year we are almost forced to buy a subscription. Another thing even after buying that it doesn't have any accuracy..we can't see on the app most of the times when people call. Someone is passing by. This was all way better before the cloud space launch... Probably going to change to device to another more reliable service provider!

My door bell is not working properly after the last update. Following issues are coming and is unresolved: 1. Notification of human body detection is coming late and without any image which was promptly coming before update. 2. Memory card overwrite is not working in auto mode . Due to which continuous recording is not done. Recording feature is highly important as far as security is concerned. 3. Set automation function is poor and complicated. After sales service is poor.
