Ratings and reviews

Freezes, not save updates to profile, not update items in my bag when I make changes, loops in processing like stuck in an endless loop. Have to sign out, sign in to break the endless loop cycles. Had just gotten the latest app update. Rating a negative number if possible. Hire the person who makes the McDonald's app. McDonald's seems to have worked out a lot of its former issues. If you push people to use an app, by golly make it functional and user friendly.!!!!

Prices on the app are raised on weekends, i.e. price gouging. Employees aren't trained on how to do app orders so you'll order carryout and they'll tell you to get back in your car and drive thru or go curbside, or you'll use the drive thru and they tell you to come inside. Very, very slow and laggy. Many menu items have partial or no modifications available. No rewards system on the app. What is even the point?

Well, it could be faster. Also, it would be nice if coupons that they mail to people were also in the app- I would rather save paper and also not be screwed if one forgets the physical coupon. Also would be nice if the flavor of the day could be ordered- I can't even find it half the time. There's just a lot of lag and glitchiness. Also, maybe a rewards system?
