Same as the others. Won't allow me to log in. I uninstalled it and now it won't even install again. Unbelievable. Edit: Today (24 December 2021) I was able to reinstall and sign into the app. I was still unable to do so 2 weeks ago, so this appears to be a recent fix. However, the app seems to working fine with enhanced security features.

It is not about the app.it is more about how irresponsibly they treat their customers. I have been trying to contact them since a while ago regarding the status of my atm card, and I tried through all means, and They are not concerned about the mails and calls at all, all they want is only suggestions and not resolutions to our problems. Really frustrated and disappointed . And I lost my impression from the time I opened my account. Thank god at least you exposed me a way to some other banks

This bank gave me stress. Always having a huge hidden fees. Without any explanation. My friend transfered 500 aed yesterday and this bank ate all those money. Only 98 aed left. And that money intended to my personal needs. Customer Service is not helping you to solve the issue. They are always corrupting all money, at your very least. I applied this bank for zero remaining balance, but they charging always, like 175 debit interest. I didn't applied a credit card either. It's a debit card.
