Frustrating Experience Even as a Gold member with supposedly premium customer care service, my experience with this app has been nothing short of a nightmare. The service is abysmal, and the customer service is practically non-existent. Despite numerous attempts, no one ever picks up the phone, and even the chat support is unhelpful, failing to resolve any queries. One of the major issues is the app's performance—it takes forever to start up, wasting.

Worst delivery experience of all e commerce apps. Always delayed delivery - hardly meets it's own delivery timelines. Extremely unprofessional delivery partners and customer care in most cases. I have had so many instances where there was some or the other issue with Nykaa's delivery partners, especially Bluedart and Xpressbees. Glad to know that we now have other apps like Myntra and Tira that can offer similar product range with much better delivery experience.

Nykaa use to be the best app to order stuff but of lately it has become the worst app to order stuff. My order is pending since 10 days and when i am trying to track it says reached final destination but still not delivered .i have ordered skincare products and imagine what must have happened to those products meanwhile. I have been trying to contact through email no action has been taken
