I got the app because the website is so awful but it turns out that the app also runs like it's on dial-up. Almost unusable. It also freezes when I try and checkout, so after filling my basket with numerous items I'm unable to buy them. Waste of time. Why hasn't this been fixed? Contrary to what some people say you can filter items to only B&Q ones are listed.

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME. SHOCKINGLY BAD APP. Broken pages, scan function gone, and 99% of listed products are NOT in B&Q whatsoever. It's just middleman marketplace like Amazon, but with markups, so you can find cheaper elsewhere every single time, and you can't filter them out in a search. B&Q won't price match (say they do, but go ahead and try). Honestly, the app is now worthless, and B&Q going the same way. Go elsewhere IMO.

The app is next to useless. Opens first time you install but then locks and freezes from then on. Uninstalling and reinstalling gets you the same result, how can a company so big is not able to create a decent app. It's done more damage pushing the app on its customers when it's clearly not ready or fit for purpose. Don't waste your time.
