Great when it works, BUT!! Like many have reviewed, this app always freezes (black screen). Your solution to clear the cache or back out of the app is not helpful. The only way to back out of the app is to uninstall it or restart the phone. NOT helpful or convenient. After over a year of complaints, one would think a company would be invested in keeping their customers happy by providing fixes to their app. I have zero issues with other stores and app usage. Hannaford needs to fix this.

The worst rewards app I have ever used. You earned rewards, want to spend it? Want to use the coupons? You have to individually clip every one. I've spent HOURS of my life scrolling through and clipping coupons I never even use. But it also has to be done at least 24hrs before you go to the store, so several times I've bought things I thought I had a coupon for, but the app hadn't updated yet, so you just have to clip everything and hope some of them you'll use. And it's the same with rewards.

This app is horrible for the simple fact that switching out of it and back in causing a mostly black screen. Need to kill and relaunch the app for it to start working again. The developers have responded to another comment with this issue to clear cache and data but that solves nothing. Uninstalling and reinstalling the app also does nothing. The only reason this app gets two stars is that it's useful when it does work. Their competitors have apps that work all the time.
