HORRIBLE app. Hangs up. Won't connect. Kicks you out when watching it. Truly the worst glitchy app... You can’t skip the theme song, the ads are unnecessarily long, can't pause, and when you go back, it starts from the beginning. It's very glitchy and their customer service is horrible. It defies physics by both sucking and blowing at the same time...

Do not buy any plan for OTT from jio. Do not recharge any plan from JIO. It is just showing sony liv and zee 5 non premium content. You will not get access to any premium content. On Sony liv I am able to view show in free but I am not able to view here even after premium plan purchase. On top of Worst view experience 3rd class Cheap User experience not even able increase volume or brightness. There is no customer service.

Everything is fine—you provide channels on the JioTV app, and the subscription-based ad-free option is also good, no problem with that. But for the free version, at least manage the ads properly. In every region, show ads in the language that people actually speak. Keep an auto system: once an ad is shown, the content should run smoothly, not break again and again. Don’t make the ad frequency too aggressive—leave some positive points for your users too, because in the end you earn from us.
