"I'm experiencing slow internet speeds on my Jio connection. Despite having an active plan, my data speeds are extremely slow, making it difficult for me to browse, stream, or even send emails. I've tried restarting my router and checking for network congestion, but the issue persists. Could you please assist me in resolving this issue and provide a solution to improve my internet speeds?"

Horrible experience with JioFiber. They seem only interested in looting money, not in providing service. Appointments are scheduled and then rescheduled without informing the customer. For the last one week, I kept following up with customer care, but instead of resolving the issue, they finally “resolved” it by blocking my number. Unbelievable from a brand like Jio. Truly the worst, third-class support I have ever seen.

It has the worst customer support. Have been trying to contact for issues with the STB. Nothing works. It directs me to the same steps in WhatsApp support, JioApp support or on email or on call. No way to reach out to a person. The links given in support email don't work. There is no Live support to resolve issues. The bots just give the same steps despite saying they're already done. No way to resolve issues at all. Totally useless. Unable to contact service person despite trying everything.
