Oh this service and app are terrible. Bad connectivity, the app is slow and cumbersome, it's more expensive than the cash based system it replaced, and my apartment has had to call maintenance on it three times since switching to this - all for software issues. If the internet goes out we can't do laundry. How is that smart? This was an innovation nobody needed, and it's poorly executed at any rate.

It was convenient while I was using it, but when I no longer used the laundry facilities and went to request a refund, it never went back into my bank account, yet my balance on Sudkick went to zero... When I logged back in and it read the zero balance, it triggered an automatic refill of $20 so it charged me again for $20... I have to call customer service now to get over $40 back. There is also absolutely no way to remove a credit card once you add one. Won't ever use this service again

very convenient and simple, my favorite is the notifications that your laundry is done and the option to add additional dryer time for a quarter as opposed to having to just run each 45 min cycle and that's it. A lot of times 45 mins is almost enough, you need like 5 or 10 more minutes and now you can add 7 mins at a time. So am entire dry cycle is not wasted or clothes still damp
