my ring is consistently saying it's not connected, yet my Bluetooth shows it is. if you have to unbind and then try to bind again, it is a long daunting process. the ring itself seems to work decently, the app however is no good. longest I have gone without having this issue is just under 3 days. all permissions are on.

I like the ring but hate the app. Trying to connect to health connect and it keeps telling me ECTRI needs to be updated. I literally just installed the app today. THERE IS NO UPDATE! Took forever just to get my ring connected and running. Might just return the ring and get a different one.

Using the ring I purchased for a few dollars more , this one cannot stay connected and or binded. The Aesthetics of the Ring are very attractive and comfortable that are useless if you cannot get any information from it.
