Not that bad and new update on app with new design looks really good. The app works well gives good amount of information about trips we had on 407 and paying for bills is easy cause they also allowed to pay with Google Pay but please add option to also use other cards cause sometimes I wanna use my other cards but don't want to put them on Google Pay.

2024/07/14 a 4 rating was short lived... Heading back to 1 - Some brainy idea about have to enter your phone number and get code EVERY single time you open app! 2024/08/13 Congrats! I tried to also write to 407 using the app... filled out ALL the info and composed a message to be greeted by an unknown error. Tried a few times. The congrats? On restoring a 1 rating for multiple botches and lack of customer focus. An otherwise good app ruined by sillyness. 2025-11 NO improvement & no one Listening

Good but stops giving notifications on trip tolls if you don't regularly login to the app. Also hard to share with a partner sharing 2 cars one account because 2FA is limited to one contact only. Has to setup email forwarding so that both of us can receive 2FA codes.
