I've used the Justlife app for cleaning appointments for more than a year now, but unfortunately, recently (for 3 times) I've been receiving a last-minute call informing me that my appointment needs to be rescheduled. This inconsistency has been frustrating and inconvenient, especially when I've made plans around the original appointment time. the 1 star is because they have offered a 5 dh as a compensation lol and because Google has no zero stars option.

This is a rip off! First they ask us to pay upfront before even the service is delivered and then there is all sort of hassles and delays in the delivery of services!! Their customer support is good, but the access to chat on the app is Horrible.. Some horrible tech & product guys has developed the app UX!! The electrician that came to repair did not have any phone or way to contact. His boss was calling me and arranging stuff from Pakistan. it was a nightmare to coordinate!

The worst cleaning service in Dubai. I've been using their service for a while, and there were issues all the time. From the part where cleaners doesn't have UAE ID and can't enter the building to the point where cleaners wouldn't even arrive at all, and the company can't even reach their employees in that case. Not even talking that the level of cleaning is very much average. The support system is completely useless, and Maryam is the most incompetent agent. Will never use again!
