Disappointing Service. Today they made delivery with a missing item. MRSOOL support advised me that it is the customer responsibility when they deliver orders with missing items because I chose the restaurant. They refused to take any corrective action. Unbelievable !!

The application is updated, but I whenever I press the chat with the customer service button, I get transferred to a page where I find Q&A articles. I have a payment issue and I need it to be resolved please. I can see the amount in my account page deposited, but whenever I am in the process of ordering, I do not get the option to use this amount; only in cash or by visa. Please advise. Thank you.

Yes, couriers don't reply to the delivery boy, I have wasted two hours on one order, traveled 25 km away, after that the couriers canceled the customer's order, due to which the receiver canceled the order. Was taking the order from the customer and not even paying me due to which he canceled the order....
