BE CAREFUL Motel 6 is a franchise. You never know what you're going to get. The app told me free cancelation until 6pm. We called at 5:30 to cancel because we weren't going to make it that far. They still charged us and customer support says they didn't. This was over a week ago now. Have to have bank resolve now. Major headache that could have been avoided by just staying somewhere else!

for the price can't complain. Rooms could use updating. Refrigerator did not work and it was replaced quickly. A/C freezes up especially when humidity is high. It is better then the Motel 6 on W. Bell Rd. that was bad. Most would rate this lower but I consider the price per night due to I have to be there for a period of time. Over all it's average. It could be better.

I regret installing this app. i tried to use it to book a room for that night and the app returned an error after entering my card information. However, the system absolutely did charge my debit card for the room, even though it didn't give me a pre-paid reservation for the night like it was supposed to. this has caused me major problems today and all because I was trying to save a little money.
