Ratings and reviews

Glitches quite often and doesn't work. Fo r example, in the middle of watching cold justice, screen goes black and "something went wrong. Try again," comes up on screen. That started over an hour ago, still doesn't work. Restarted phone, logged out and back in, uninstalled then reinstalled app. App still won't work and this is by far NOT the first time it's happened.

Useless. The app has no way to filter for shows that are unlocked, so you can either use the 3 credits given initially and then you're done, or you can sign up for a TV provider, spending $70+ a month. There is no way to buy credits and literally every show listed is locked. Why not just say in the app description that you have to have a TV provider instead of wasting our time? It'll be a long time before I watch anything from NBC on any platform.

Constant buffering which means that, to get the app to work again, have to go out and close the app, force stop (in phone settings) and then restart the app. I've sometimes had to go out and reboot my phone to get it to work again. No matter what I do the buffering never goes away. I can watch shows, via Netflix, Hulu, Amazon, etc., under the exact same conditions and without any problems. I do enjoy the shows, just wish I could actually watch them on my phone.
