restoration of former accounts is not possible, it always prompt me to create an account. Now since my old device is no longer working I need to have it transferred to my new device however it's not possible.

I'm using Nothing CMF1 phone and I don't have the scan option on this device/app. I need that option to access something. I need this for my work. I appreciate your consideration and resolution in a timely manner. 🙂 fixed it

The update ruined this app. The transerred account I had transferred suddenly disappeared on my new device after the update. Now I can't use my new phone to log in to my work accunt because of this bad update
