Apps been working. But somewhere along the way the ability to open a lock through my phone was lost. No information given from property management or elsewhere. One day the app updated and ever since (about two years now) I need to punch in the code from the app. Not a huge deal breaker (like I have a choice anyway) but it was actually convenient to only use my phone to open a locker.

How do you have an app that defaults to notifications being blocked and then doesn't give you the option to turn notifications on when the whole point is to notify you of a package. That is ridiculous. I get the text and email options are on there but in a situation where there maybe multiple people in a household, that lack of feature isnt helpful.

The app is about useless. The service itself is great, putting in my information on the website was easy enough. I get text and email alerts when I receive a package which is great. However, the app itself refuses to show that I have any packages no matter how many times I open the app to check even though I've received an email and text alert. I've checked all my information, signed in an out repeatedly, reinstalled the app several times but it ALWAYS shows no packages through the app.
