Started an application for a new chequing account on April 1. Had a move and requested for an address change. Been on 5 calls already and nothing has happened. Plain Horrible. I can't even close my application as well. Escalated twice and nothing useful has happened. Just keep hearing the same thing every time "we'll fix this in 2 business days". Shame on your time promises . I think I need to reach your CEO to get this resolved.

Absolute garbage. Doesn't work after 2 recent updates. Always get error messages of 1) Unexpected error, 2) Can't sign you in from this location, or 3) Unable to sign you in. The idiots have blocked VPNs but even if you have no VPN, not using wifi, and are on the LTE network, it will still say you can't sign in from location. I can't sign in from Toronto? I wasn't able to sign in at all whilst in the US for business. Received such a moronic response from support that we closed our accounts.

Pretty good... There are some changes I'd like to see in the interface, though. 1) account transaction history is default 4 weeks only... I would like to see buttons appear (or simply automatically trigger a requery of the visible transactions) when the user scrolls to the limit of loaded transactions, so that they can immediately extend the period without having to enter the custom-report-period interface. 2) include a facility for ordering certified cheques, or extending the daily max-value
