Ratings and reviews

Difficult to use. If you have to download it, your job is about to very pettily force you to ask for days off individually, one at a time, and give reasons for every day you want off. It's not intuitive. It's not made to help us. It was more of a hassle to fill out that calendar then it was to get the last three jobs I had. If your job asks you to download "LIFELENZ", maybe consider downloading "Indeed" instead.

it is helpful for quickly finding shifts, booking time off, etc. however since the most recent update i have not been able to open the app. it sends me to a blank white screen and i cannot access my shifts. this is very distressing, since it is the only place i can find when i am scheduled apart from calling my manager. it is also annoying that the mobile app is the only place i can log in, since the website is for higher-ups in the company only.

recently, shift reminders have broken, and the subsequent alarm won't deactivate despite dismissing the incessant reminders every few seconds. the only way to stop it is to restart my phone. now, every few days, I have to delete the app and re-download it just to login without an infinite loading screen
