I use this with android auto to play my MP-3 files stored on my phone. It organizes my files and it's easy to make playlists. But it or android auto and Alpine car radio are full of glitches. It isn't self starting , once you get a playlist or album to play it just stops the sound. The screen on car radio shows music playing but it is now muted. Restart radio and it plays again. Then today two separate songs were playing at the same time? Very frustrated. Googles music player never did this.

Pulsar has been getting it done for me for years. I appreciate the stability and reliability. Edit update: Pulsar still reliable these years later. I can use the equalizer, and recently I read the manual so I could fine tune my playlists. And I realized it will list any song that is downloaded to my phone.

Aside from Random Shut Offs during playback , This app is very much worth paying into. Albeit there are limitations to master uses , it catalogues well & allows editing of labeling. Synthesizer control varies to devices , but audio manipulation functions well. Samsung/Android user might have permission issues based on updates... Safe App as far as my experience tells me...
