Tech support used this over and over. They weren't able to give me any useful feedback or fix the problem despite the amount of time this app takes to "analyze the network". It also doesn't tell you anything about the results to see if tech support is only giving excuses for their poor products. And, I have no idea of what information was passed to third parties. Apparently, none of the information was useful to tech support as they didn't fix the issue.

Stupid hack of an app. It confirms that my router operates on both 2.4GHz and 5GHz bands, and then gives some vague issue about not being able to reach certain sites necessary for the thermostat to work. Doesn't actually list any sites or IP addresses or anything. It is just a convenient excuse for Carrier to say "it's not our problem, it is an ISP issue". I work from home and am on multiple video conference calls daily. I have a dozen devices connected and working perfectly on my network.

Completely useless. I have no internet through my broadband, yet this app requires me to be connected to WiFi. That means I can’t get online and can’t contact tech support through the app. Whoever designed this clearly didn’t think about the actual purpose of the app...
