The Saudi Investment Bank (SAIB) is pleased to introduce its new hybrid application that allows you to access the entire range of Internet Banking services via your smart device.
Furthermore non SAIB customers can install this application and benefit its additional functionalities.

SAIB customers’ application services:
- Login to your online mobile banking (FLEXX TOUCH): You can login via your existing online banking user credentials. You can perform any banking operation or transaction instantaneously. However, if you are not already registered, you can simply follow the steps on the registration page.

Application Additional Functionalities:
- Flexx Safe can be used as widget
- Added Awareness and Education Section
- Added Complaints and Suggestion contact information
- Enhanced Flexx Safe initial page
- General enhancements

Not much improved however still better than before " Less crashes". I also have a suggestion about the travel card wallets, if you could add the option to hide the unused currencies that'd be a huge help. Because, sometimes it's kind of a headache to scroll all the way down to get to a specific one you need. Many thanks!!!

The app is just a shell of a webpage with an authentication function. The app consistently blocks me from logging in showing me an "error" popup. The app is slow, does not have biometric authentication, does not have a back button function as the back button used to exit from the whole app. The webpage is miles faster and better. Their travel app is from another decade in terms of speed and performance. Highly disappointed that I may change banks.

Develper needs to work on performance, bandwidth, hosting server should be change to faster server. And lots of thing. I faced an issue while transferring international or local beneficiary with low balance. I shocked because it takes me in all process then I received OTP too. After that I saw error message "you don't have sufficient balance " I should be while entering amount popup with error no sufficient balance. Check same as like other bug. Solve this issue.
